We want to do a home renovation/addition and were contemplating two options 1. Completing a room and washroom over the garage 2. Adding an addition to to the back of the house. Chris spent over an hour with me discussing the pros and cons of each option, what the work would entail, the layout options and timelines. I was very impressed by his professionalism and he was forthcoming on the risks we could mitigate in advance with proper planning, and others that were outside our control i.e. supplier issues due to COVID. He also wanted to ensure we made an informed decision by telling us of all the extras we would want to consider and budget for such a new windows and siding which most people don't include in their initial assessments.
